1. General Policy
ZHW Oil Bottle Company takes pride in producing quality-assured oil bottle products. Since most of our orders are custom-made for specific client needs, we do not accept general returns or change-of-mind cancellations.
However, we offer a return or replacement service for any confirmed defects or damages resulting from manufacturing or shipping issues.
2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

The product received has visible damage (cracks, breakage, leakage)

The delivered items do not match the agreed specifications or order sheet

Misprinted logos or decoration errors caused by our process
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
3. How to File a Claim
To initiate a claim:

Contact us at sales@zhwoilbottle.com with your order ID and invoice

Include clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect items

Provide a list of affected SKUs and quantities
We will verify the issue and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Solutions Offered
Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:

Free replacement of defective goods in your next shipment

Partial refund or credit note for future orders

Full re-production of goods if critical design faults occurred
For bulk orders, we may offer on-site inspection video before shipment to minimize risk.
5. Non-Returnable Cases

Damage caused during end-user handling or storage

Slight color variation due to manual printing or spraying (within tolerance)

Unapproved custom changes requested after production begins
6. Shipping-Related Damage
For international B2B shipping (especially via sea freight), we strongly recommend insurance and palletized packaging. While we assist in packaging optimization, external courier damage claims may require cooperation with logistics partners.
